The maths

The hours you get back.
And the costs you avoid.

A typical talent contract takes 3–5 hours of focused work: read, mark up, negotiate, sign off. Plus the days of back‑and‑forth in between. ContractBuddy compresses the focused work into minutes and accelerates the calendar time.

Per contract
<60seconds
Engine review time
From upload to a risk‑rated, plain‑English summary with redline suggestions. No back‑and‑forth, no waiting.
Per escalation
£500-£2,000+
Legal cost avoided
Flag risk early, fix it in plain English, and avoid the solicitor invoice for issues that should never have reached them.
Per month, busy manager
24hours
Returned to higher‑value work
Active management, pitching, growing the roster. Three full working days back per month, every month.
Quick maths
6 contracts/month x 4 hours/contract x 12 months = 288 hours back per year.
Conservative middle‑case for a moderately busy talent manager. Heavier loads scale linearly - some users see 400+ hours back.

FAQ

The questions
we hear most.

What does "Founding Member" actually mean?
The first 1,000 subscribers, or anyone who signs up in the first 6 months - whichever comes first - gets locked-in pricing around 30-40% below our standard rates. The lock holds as long as your subscription is active.
What happens if I go over my quota?
You can either top-up at your tier's additional-contract rate (from £14.99/contract on Agency), or upgrade to the next tier. Whichever's cheaper for you, that month.
Why "deterministic" and not "AI"?
Because the same contract in always produces the same result out. No hallucinations, no clauses invented, no "I asked it twice and got two different answers". Every flag traces to a real rule in our library.
Is my data shared with public AI models?
No. ContractBuddy runs on a closed reconciliation engine with row-level isolation, GDPR-compliant architecture, and no third-party LLM processing of your contract content.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions cancel at the renewal date. No tie-ins.
Is this legal advice?
No. ContractBuddy is a contract-checking and reconciliation tool. It flags risks and explains clauses in plain English, but it doesn't replace a qualified solicitor for cases that need one.
